We have developed the in perlo™ model to faithfully reproduce in vivo conditions, without any artificial matrix, while offering 100% bioavailability. Data demonstrate rapid diffusion of any type of molecule added to our model.  Co-culturing different phenotypes is easy for aggregated cells suspended in liquid inside our pearls. Pearl services are easily adaptable to automation, customisable, robust and easily validatable.
